Mobility 54 Investment SAS (“Mobility 54”) launched the support program for Sendy transporters together with Toyotsu Auto Mart Kenya Limited (“TAMK”) to provide high quality after-sales services and products at an affordable price.

 1. Background

In Kenya, many logistics service providers have concerns about the availability of high quality after-sales services and products in the market.  The use of cheap but low quality services and products has a negative impact on vehicles resulting in the delay of deliveries and damage to the goods: a significant logistical challenge in Kenya.

Mobility 54’s partner, Sendy is an online platform that enables people and businesses to trade much easier through an online marketplace, business financing and end-to-end logistics solutions for businesses.

Vehicle owners have repeatedly cited the prohibitive cost of high quality after-sales service as the reason why they may settle for cheaper, lower quality options. This support program therefore comes in to bridge the gap and offer high quality solutions at an affordable price point.

2. TAMK special support to Sendy

TAMK provides highly skilled after-sales service under the “AutoFast” brand with a product line-up of parts from globally well-known reliable brands as set out below.

TAMK is now offering special discounts on Service, Parts, Tire, Battery and Lubricants to all Sendy partners.

In putting together the above offers, TAMK and Mobility54 will go a long way in promoting the safety and reliability of vehicles used on the Sendy platform, promoting financial gains to Sendy partners, and improving the quality of logistics service provision in Kenya.
